Acceptance

By using Snatch Guard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the App Does

Snatch Guard is a personal device management tool that detects sudden phone movements and locks selected apps using Apple’s Screen Time API. It is designed to help protect your apps in the event of phone snatching.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will detect every theft, prevent unauthorized access in all circumstances, or function without interruption.

Not a Security Guarantee

Snatch Guard is a supplementary protection tool, not a guarantee against theft or data loss. It does not replace standard security practices such as using a strong passcode, enabling Find My iPhone, or keeping your device physically secure.

Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to: theft of your device, unauthorized access to your data, false positive detections, or missed detections.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published in the app’s repository with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
